Safety is the Number One Priority
People are the most valuable asset at Central Sheet Metal. We are committed to having a Zero-Injury Workplace meaning that above all else is the safety of our employees and the customers we serve.
Legal and industrial safety standards, codes, protective equipment and devices, and normal good safety practices are the bare minimum requirements. CSM will take every possible step to ensure maximum safety of each employee.
Safety Practices and Protocols:
CSM employees receive safety training to stay current with injury prevention standards.
Following any accidents, we perform a safety audit to learn where the problem came from and learn how to prevent it the best we can going forward.
Developing site-specific safety plans with business owners to determine health and safety measures.
Before every site project, our certified technicians complete a pre-task plan that identifies safety hazards.
